    If you know know what it’s like to walk toward a campfire slowly imagine now that you are. While you feel the building heat I want you to imagine you can hear the ocean. Just off in the distance there is a symphony. At first you hear a faint French horn but as you get closer to the campfire you can hear strings underneath the French horn’s hauntingly beautiful melody. As the symphony builds voluminously you smell the ocean.
    The Sun’s rays are the symphony, The fire it’s progressive ascension. The sound of the ocean reflect the cold shadows underneath. The smell off the ocean is the reflective light off the landscape that grows warmer as the symphony fills the sky. The symphonic piece will soon end but, like loyal friend, it will return. And with it inner peace.

    A splash of sapphire gin over tonic, causing the glass to sweat as it reminds you of the day you were blessed with;
    Fresh sashimi drizzled with sesame oil and kona sea salt to tease the palate;
    Steamy clams graced with lemon and white wine, faces blushing in anticipation;
    Cracking layer of caramel of the lavender creme brûlée, soft, creamy and light;
    The faint smell of spring daphne and the warmth of nearby candlelight;
    Hands meet for the first time and something new is born.

    Great replies! With only two it’s tough to call a winner…
