The Poetry Question

Discovering the Relevance of Words

QOTD: May 30 – Mr. Auden, You Are Incorrect

W.H. Auden is incorrect; in no way does a poet have to be passionately in love with language. I have taught Creative Writing courses for more than a decade, and have watched students, who are not passionately in love with language, write some of the most inspiring pieces. It’s not that they love the language, but rather they love the subject, and are willing to speak passionately about it.

Question of the Day:

Are all poets passionately in love with language?

About Christopher Margolin

Chris Margolin spent more than a decade in Education as a high school English teacher, and is now an Instructional Coach for the Longview School District. He is also the founder of The Poetry Question, an online journal which focuses on reviews of small press poetry publications, and runs a regular series called "The Power of Poetry," where notable poets share their personal stories of how poetry has affected their lives. Margolin resides in Vancouver, Washington with his wife, and daughter.

Maybe some poets don’t show or know they’re in love with language but they truly are.

msg è semplicemente l’output proveniente dal file di elaborazione che viene richiamato dalla funzione function(msg) in alternativa puoi anche scrivere direttamente lì cosa vuoi far apparire in caso di successo.

the thing about Hawaii is the requirements are way less then most of the mainland license requirements. (as far as hours) So either way you are more than likely going to have to get more schooling when you go back, unless you find out what the requirements are now and be sure to take add on courses to get the hours you need.
