I'm a writer and a camper and a keeper of fish. I was trained as a flight instructor and work day jobs and write nonsense for public consumption (hopefully).

    “ritual scents (lactose-free)”

Anoint the door post to remind god
    I was here.
    When you, the second
    hand of the clock
    open, clouds will open
and the waters will rise into
    the firs, moisten
    every last knoll.
    When dams burst
I will fill the room anointing
    the four corners
    working your membrane sheen in
    lacquer layers
    til you gleam. You ding
    like a bell
    each whiff
    of milk
    I smell.
