When we open our mouths to speak, we see what we want to see. If our mouths are closed, we do not see, for we are then ignorant.

    Chatterbox

    Did you blink
    and miss me,
Or did you hear those things
    you prefer remembering
    between outbursts
    of manic chatter,
    and this incessant blinking?

    Dont speak
that crap to me as if
    I’ll believe whatever you think
I need to hear, in looks and whispers,
    lips pursing when you
gaze deep and kiss me directly
    in my ear.
